Google unveiled Android 4.3 in July 2013, since then we are waiting for stable ROM that suits our Galaxy s2 devices. Nexus devices are those devices which gives pure Android experience without any bloat wares. Now we have a ROM that gives us pure nexus experience on our S2 devices. This ROM is known as super nexus ROM. If you want to install this ROM you can download flashable zip files and Google apps made specifically for Android 4.3.
This Android 4.3 Jelly bean tutorial is only intended to be used for Samsung Galaxy s2 i9100 international version.
Before you install it, you must know about few bugs in this ROM:-
1. Flickering in stock browser.
Sometimes stock browser and Gallery apps flickers. You can use Chrome or Mozilla browser as a replacement.
2. Touch to focus problem.
Camera feature known as Touch to focus sometimes doesn’t work and device reboots without any notification.
Note: Your device must be rooted in order to install this ROM.

Installing ROM
i) Hold volume up+menu+power button at the same time until you reach kernel menu.
install zip from sd card
ii) Choose install zip from sdcard(use power button to make selection).
iii) on next screen choose zip from sdcard or choose zip from internal SD as per your requirements(internal SD is phone’s memory).

iv) choose your file and select yes. Your custom ROM will be installed.
v) install Google applications from zip.
